We value and protect your privacy and have a separate privacy policy that you can view directly from our site. A User is deemed to have read and is in agreement with a respect for the same privacy.

You agree that Sun Tile Inc will not be held responsible for any claims, damages, demands or fees arising out of your violations of these terms and conditions, Sun Tile Inc's privacy policy or infringements on the rights of any third parties as a result of your use of the site or Site. You also agree to indemnify Sun Tile Inc and its' officers, directors, employees, agents, business partners and other third-party information providers for any and all claims that may arise. The full indemnification extends to both you and the Facebook account holder whose credentials are used and both warrant they have each other's permission to enter into the dual indemnification of Sun Tile, Inc.

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of California shall govern this Agreement and the relationship between you and Sun Tile Inc. You agree that any grievances shall be settled according to the procedures and laws within the corresponding jurisdiction. You further agree that any claim, cause or action related to the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arises. The headings used to describe the sections of this Agreement are solely for descriptive purposes. They do not imply or refer to a specific legal description or obligation.
